Paul has been a licensed Realtor since 1966, actively working in Real Estate for over 25 years.   His varied experience includes Residential, New Construction and Commercial and Investment Properties.   Paul and his wife, Janice have traveled extensively, and in the last 17years have been involved in humanitarian aid to Eastern Europe through the organization Cross Links Inc, which Janice founded.  Paul also enjoys hunting with his son Brad and is still searching for the elusive trophy buck.  Paul & Janice have 3 daughters, 1 son, 2 great sons-in-law, a wonderful daughter-in-law,  and 9 fabulous grandchildren.  One of Paul's great passions is Corvettes, and he enjoys time spent driving his 2008 Z06 and the drives with the Lancaster County Corvette Club. Before Real Estate Paul worked for a GM dealer and would buy wrecked Corvettes and bring them back to life.

Administrative Coordinator and Referral Agent

Heidi graduated from Lancaster Mennonite High School in 1985 and now serves as president-elect of the Alumni Board. She received her B.S. Ed. from Millersville University in 1989. After teaching English as a Second Language for a local school district Heidi began studying for her real estate license.  Heidi was an integral part in the formation of The Paul Wenger Team in 2005, and the team has a combined total of over 50 years of experience in the industry.
Heidi has been  instrumental in The Paul Wenger Team's ability to provide the finest Real Estate services to customers  in the Lancaster, Berks & Lebanon county areas.
